Rebooting 101 And 201 Receivers
Follow these steps for rebooting your 101 and 201 receivers:
- Turn on your TV
- The word “Spectrum” will appear on your screen and disappear
- This word will reappear again along with 9 to small boxes in different colors
- The initializing app or downloading app phase will begin
- Let the process complete and turn off the receiver
- Turn it on by pressing the power button or using the remote
- The words “Your TV Will Be Right With You” will appear on the screen
- You will also see the number “8” in the circle
- A countdown might start on your TV screen
Note: Sometimes, the countdown doesn’t appear. This is totally normal. Here is what you must do:
When the countdown appears
Wait until the number “1” and the picture to appear on your screen
When the countdown doesn’t appear
Press three stacked lines on the menu button. It’s located on the top-right of the receiver
- The receiver will restart and it should now work properly

Rebooting 110 And 210 Receivers
Follow these steps for rebooting your 110 and 210 receivers:
- Turn on your TV
- Once the receiver is powered on, “Spectrum” will appear on your screen and disappear
- The box turns off when the word disappears
- The power light won’t be off instead, it will be dim
- Turn on the receiver
- The words “Retrieving Channel Info” will appear
- Then, you will see “Please Wait While We Set Things Up for You,” or “Limited Mode.”
- You should be able to see the picture on your TV again
In case you don’t see any picture, it’s a sign you must refresh the receiver. This can be done online or via the My Spectrum App.

How to Refresh Your Equipment?
